Return & Refund Policy
At Freeze Dried Magic, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us!
Due to the delicate nature of freeze dried products, some breakage may occur during transit. While we take great care in packaging our items securely, minor breakage is considered normal and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Freeze Dried Magic does not accept returns for change of mind or if you simply no longer want the product. As our products are food items, they cannot be restocked or resold once opened or delivered.
Freeze Dried Magic may offer a refund or replacement if:

Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.
During peak periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer – but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3 - 8 business days (depending on your location)

Express Shipping: 1 - 4 business days (metro areas)
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, holidays, or carrier delays).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and preferred shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, including a free shipping threshold. The free shipping threshold differs between regular and wholesale purchases. For regular sales, free shipping is available on orders over $80 AUD, while wholesale orders qualify for free shipping on purchases over $500 AUD. This offer is only available to residential addresses within Australia.
Fragile Product Notice
Our freeze dried treats are fragile by nature. While we take great care in packaging your items securely, some breakage or crumbling during transit may occur. This is normal and does not affect the quality or taste of the product. We do not offer refunds or replacements for minor cosmetic damage.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at FreezeDriedMagic@gmail.com and we’ll assist you in lodging an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
